1. Eligibility for Refund or Return
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Items purchased during sale/discount campaigns
Gift cards or promotional items
3. Refund Process
Email us at support@expeditecure.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photo evidence (if applicable)
Once verified and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was delivered
In such cases, Expeditecure will bear the return shipping expenses
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
If already dispatched, the cancellation request will be treated as a return
