1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

• The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Products without original packaging

• Items purchased during sale/discount campaigns

• Gift cards or promotional items

3. Refund Process

• Email us at support@expeditecure.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photo evidence (if applicable)

• Once verified and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was delivered

• In such cases, Expeditecure will bear the return shipping expenses

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

• If already dispatched, the cancellation request will be treated as a return
